What device does OTTPlex use to stream content?

We use the latest Google 4K Streamer to play content at OTTPlex. It supports most OTT apps, so you can enjoy a smooth viewing experience.

Will OTTPlex provide movies or OTT content for your screening?

Accepted Answer

No — we don’t provide movies or OTT content because of copyright rules. Please use your own OTT logins, or screen cast from your Android phone on our network.

Are there any booking restrictions?

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

How is guest safety handled inside OTTPlex?

Accepted Answer

For your safety, each theatre has a CCTV camera facing the seating area and a small peep window on the door. The theatre doors cannot be locked from the inside and can be opened by our staff when needed.

Can we bring in our own food or order from Swiggy/Zomato?

Accepted Answer

Standard cleaning charges of ₹100 will be applied if outside food is consumed. In case of excessive mess, ₹300 will be charged.

Can you smoke or drink alcohol inside OTTPlex?

Accepted Answer

No — smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside OTTPlex. For everyone’s comfort and safety, guests who have consumed alcohol may also be denied entry.

Can we bring our own content in PenDrive?

Accepted Answer

Pen Drives are not compatible with the system we use within OTTPlex.  Option is to upload the content to Youtube or Cloud storage (Google Drive) and access and play the content.

Question 8

Can we use OTTPlex for playing Video games?

Accepted Answer

Yes, But you need to bring your own Video games console like Playstation, Xbox... along with required games. Output of the console can be connected to OTTPlex system and wifi to use it.
